It was the Swede's first hole-in-one in a competition context.

- It was 92 meters into the wind and I hit a 56-degree that I think was up on the hill and spun back in. I have seen some such in previous years and it was fun to do one yourself, says Björk to Svensk Golf.

Björk went around on 63 strokes, eight under par, and is third after two rounds.

His -8 is three strokes behind the leading Austrian Bernd Wiesberger.

Joakim Lagergren also went around on 63 strokes. He is split ninth at -6.
