The team deposited the Arab Futsal Cup from the semi-finals

The UAE futsal team bid farewell to the Arab Cup today, after losing the semi-final to the tournament host, the Egyptian national team, in a marathon match that extended for the additional two halves, and ended with a score of (4-3), as it was held at Dr. Hassan Mustafa Hall on October 6 in the Egyptian capital Cairo.

The goals of the UAE national team were scored by Abdullah Al Falasi (two goals) and Abdullah Al Hosani (one goal), while the goals of Egypt were scored by Alaa Issa, Mohammed Saeed, Khaled Abdel Halim and Mohammed Abdul Razzaq.

The white halls performed honorably and would have been the closest to winning had it not been for his lack of focus in important moments.

The match ended in a 3-3 draw, but the Egyptian national team managed to score a fourth goal in the extra game, which decided the result.

The national team had defeated Comoros (3-1) and Saudi Arabia (6-3) in the group stage.
