At the board meeting on the 27th, the Japan Sumo Association approved that former Yokozuna Kisenosato Yutaka Araiso will become independent from the Tagonoura stable on August 1st and will establish a new room.



It means that a total of 6 wrestlers, including Araiso's master, 2nd stage wrestlers, 3 wrestlers from the beginning, and Gyoji Makushita, will be transferred from Tagonoura stable.



The "Araiso Stable" is set up in Ami Town, which is adjacent to Ushiku City, where I was born, and is aiming for completion around the summer of next year.



According to the Sumo Association, the former yokozuna has not set up a new room as a master since the former Musashimaru master Musashikawa became independent from the Fujishima stable in April 2013.
