Barcelona president directs a severe insult to Cooman
Spanish media revealed yesterday that tension is the master of the situation between Barcelona club president Juan Laporta and his Dutch coach Ronald Koeman, as the bilateral meeting between them did not come out a few days ago with any significant result.
But the "AS" newspaper, through a leak to the Spanish "TV3" channel, revealed that Koeman had received a very severe insult from the Barcelona president, and that he was in the height of anger because of it.
She said that Laporta asked Koeman to wait 15 days, until the club rearranged its affairs, so that if he managed to reach an agreement with a new coach instead of him, the Dutchman would leave the team, and if nothing happened, he may continue his current contract until the summer of 2022.
The newspaper said that Koeman was furious, and considered it an unprecedented insult to him, which brought him close to leaving.
But Coman, with his agent, does not want to submit his resignation, which puts Laporta in real trouble, as the latter will have to pay 12 million euros worth of his salaries for the remaining year besides a few months late, until he disengages with him.
