Professional soccer K-League 1 (Part 1) Jeonbuk Hyundai lost to the Yangju National Football Team in the K3 (Part 3) League and was embarrassed to be eliminated in the FA Cup Round of 16.

Jeonbuk drew 0-0 in the 2021 Hana Bank FA Cup round of 16 held at Jeonju World Cup Stadium on the 26th, and lost 10-9 in the penalty shoot-out after drew 0-0 between the Yangju National Football Team and overtime.

Jeonbuk, the winner of last season's FA Cup, was withdrawn from the competition early, losing face to being the'defending champion'.

Jeonbuk, which recently slumped in six games (3 draws, 3 losses) including 3 consecutive losses in the regular league, failed to escape sluggish even in the FA Cup.

On the other hand, Yangju National Football Team, which is ranked 12th out of 15 teams in the K3 League, caused a catastrophe and was the only 3rd division team to advance to the FA Cup quarterfinals.

Jeonbuk sent Gustavo, Kunimoto, and Baek Seung-ho to the start and expressed their determination to easily defeat the Yangju National Football Team, but both teams did not fire in the 90 minutes of the first half and the second half.

Jeonbuk, who became impatient, tried to score a goal with Han Gyo-won, Ilyuchenko, and Yong-yong in the second half, but it was of no use.

Even in overtime, the balance of 0 was not broken, and the penalty shootout was tightly balanced.

In addition to the fact that the second kicker Kim Gyeong-hoon of the Yangju National Football Team and Kyowon, the third kicker from Jeonbuk, lost one time, all nine kickers succeeded in shooting, and the score was 9:9.

The long game ended dramatically in the match between the goalkeepers.

Park Chung-hyo's shot from Yangju Min's Football Team, who took the 11th kicker, shook the net, while Jeonbuk Lee Beom-young's shot was blocked by Park Chung-hyo, and the joys of both teams were mixed.
