The winners included Adam Hendrick (double), Connor Brown and Andrew Manjapane.
Tomas Valkve Olsen and Mats Rosseli Olsen scored for the Norwegian national team.
Team Canada scored three points, moving up to fifth place.
The North American team won the tournament for the first time.
Norway also has three points and dropped to sixth position.
