World Cup organizer Latvia has hoisted the Belarusian flag in the World Cup resort of Riga. And hoisted another. "We have chosen the side - a people's quest for freedom or a dictator," wrote Mayor Martin Stakis on twitter. It has made the international hockey association IIHF look red.
