Real Madrid renews Modric's contract until 2022

Real Madrid, the Spanish football club, announced the signing of its Croatian player Luka Modric to a new contract with the team.

And the official website of the Spanish club stated that the Croatian midfielder will remain in the ranks of the royal team until the end of June of next year.

Modric appeared with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez, with the Real Madrid shirt written on the back in 2022.

Modric joined Real Madrid from Tottenham in the summer of 2012, where he won the Spanish League twice, the European Champions League four times, the King's Cup once, the European Super Cup once, the Spanish Super Cup three times and the Club World Cup three times.

Real Madrid finished the season ending in the Spanish League in second place with 84 points, two points behind Atletico Madrid, who won the title.
