The hedge has not won on this side of town in eleven years.

That would not change today.

The home team IFK Gothenburg opened the most vigorously.

Blåvitt's Tobias Sana created dangerous goal chances time and time again in the first half.

But former Gothenburg goalkeeper Pontus Dahlberg played great and made sure that the away team had 0-0 at the break.

Early in the second half, Simon Thern had a great chance to give Blåvitt the lead, but the rock-hard shot took the crossbar.

Only minutes later there would be a goal in the match.

That was when Häcken's Godswill Ekpolo steered the ball into a corner.

The hedge looked to be heading for victory.

But in the 94th minute of the match, Gothenburg got a penalty - which Tobias Sana put safely.

- We deserved the victory if I am to be honest, Sana says to Discovery + afterwards.

The match ended 1-1.
