It started with Anna Swenn Larsson being stopped from competing in the season premiere in Levi after a leader tested positive for corona.

Two weeks later, she herself received a positive coronal test.

But the bad luck did not end there.

Well healthy, she broke her foot and the rest of the season was thus ruined.

- It has been difficult, at the same time not many people go through a career without a flaw.

But it has been the toughest injury I have had, says Anna Swenn Larsson at Thursday's press conference.

"Many workouts left"

But despite the fact that there were not very many competitions during the season, a message of joy came today.

Swenn Larsson is one of nine alpine skiers who each received a ticket to the Olympics in Beijing.

Instead of looking back, she is now trying to look forward to the coming season.

- It feels better and better.

There are many training sessions left before Levi and the Olympics so I will find the form again, she says.

Feels of foot injury

And as for the damage, it is completely healed, but it is reminded from time to time.

- I still feel the foot a little.

I can do anything, but I avoid jumping and running because I want to save my foot.

If there is anyone who deserves an injury-free season next year, it is Anna Swenn Larsson.

At least she thinks so herself.

- Well, well I think I deserve a season where everything goes right.
