The Tokyo Olympic torch relay held in Kagoshima Prefecture arrived at the goal point in Ibusuki City on the night of the 28th, ending the day's schedule.

The Tokyo Olympic torch relay was handed over to Kagoshima Prefecture on the 27th, and more than 190 runners connected the torch in two days.



On the 28th, after starting Izumi City before 9:30 am, we visited Nishinoomote City in Tanegashima.



In Minamikyushu, Moka Kamishiraishi, an actor from Kagoshima, served as a runner.

Mr. Kamishiraishi said, "I ran with the hope that I would be given courage and hope, but on the contrary, I received energy."

In Ibusuki City, Toshiaki Megumi, a talent from Kagoshima City, served as the final runner and finished the day by lighting the torch plate at the athletics stadium at the goal point before 8 pm.



The torch relay will be held in Okinawa Prefecture from the 1st of next month, with the moving day in between.
