Trading cards on LeBron James were sold for 43 million

It touches is the most expensive sports-related card sold.

In January, a signed collectible card was sold in new condition by baseball player Mickey Mantle from 1952 for the same amount.

A year ago, collector cards were sold by LeBron James for SEK 17 million, cards of about the same kind that have now become three times more expensive.

There are 23 cards from James' rookie season.

- There are still cards by LeBron on the market and I would think that the value is at least SEK 84 million, says Jesse Craig at the company PWCC which sells trading cards to ESPN.

James should have a couple of cards of his own lying around

According to what James wrote on social media in connection with last year's sale, he has some lying around at home.

"Guess who has a pair of exactly the same cards at home in the collection?"

wrote James.

Los Angeles Lakers star James has been injured in the foot since March 20 but may be making a comeback within a week or so, according to information close to the team.

Last night he won in Orlando with 114-103 without James on the field, but he was there and trained.

"Thanks to Freedom High School in Orlando for allowing me to use the gym," James wrote on Twitter.
