It was dramatic for Sébastien Ogier before the final distances in the World Cup in Croatia in the World Rally Championship.

When he was on his way to the 17th, the Frenchman collided when he changed lanes and drove straight into another car, not competing.

The door on the right was damaged, and Ogier has lost his lead after stages 17 and 18 which were run.

He was seven seconds ahead of the British Elfyn Evans, but is now second and 2.8 seconds behind Evans.

When he got to the finish line, Ogier's map reader Julien Ingrassia was wearing ski goggles, due to the damage to the car.

- There is a lot of shit in the car that is dizzying around, says SVT's commentator Jonas Kruse.

- It has been a tricky morning.

I think it's OK with the car, says Sébastien Ogier.

Ogier may not return the car for service before the last two distances.
