PSG escapes losing points after a crazy slot

Earlier in the day, Paris Saint-Germain narrowly prevented an expensive loss of points in the battle for the title in the Ligue 1. The number two won after a crazy final phase 3-2 against AS Saint-Étienne.

PSG, where coach Mauricio Pochettino gave a number of players rest and that could not have the suspended Neymar, only made the winning 3-2 in the 96th minute.

Mauro Icardi became the big man, after just before Ángel Di María hit the bar.

All goals came in the last fifteen minutes.

PSG fell behind in the 78th minute by Denis Bouanga.

Kylian Mbappé then took the 1-1 and 2-1 (penalty kick), but Romain Hamouma made it 2-2 in the 92nd minute.

Icardi saved PSG a big downer after all.

PSG therefore reduced the gap with leader Lille OSC to one point.

The surprising list captain had to settle for a disappointing 1-1 draw at home against Montpellier on Friday.
