Malmö FF entered the Allsvenskan after a modest and directly weak pre-season where the team went out of the cup directly in the group stage.

But once in the Allsvenskan, the team has won victories.

First came a 3-2 win against Hammarby and today they also won away 2-1 against another top-tipped team - Häcken.

- It is a boost for self-confidence.

Nice to get started with the Allsvenskan, says Anel Ahmedhodzic in Kanal 5.

Ahmedhodzic started the scoring for Malmö when he nodded the ball after a fine cross by Anders Christiansen already in the ninth minute.

After 20 minutes of play, Sören Rieks made it 2-0, which was also the score at the break.

Early in the second half, Häcken's Beni Traoré fixed a reduction with his first Allsvenskan goal.

But the home team did not get any points and remains at zero.

At the same time, Malmö FF tops the table with a maximum of six.

It was the first time since 2017 that Malmö won away against Häcken in the Allsvenskan.
