Leksand was worse than Örebro for the most part in the first quarter-final match on Sunday.

Then ÖHK won 6-1 and team captain Patrik Zackrisson called the Masers' effort "a failure" afterwards.

There was no failure on Monday when the teams met again.

But still it was a new loss for Björn Hellkvist's men.

Repeats from yesterday

Although Leksand's effort was better tonight, it was also as if some things were repeated.

Like that Leksand was better in the first period but did not receive a dividend and that Örebro could instead take the lead at the beginning of the second.

He scored yesterday and he started the shooter tonight: Rodrigo Abols.

He stayed ahead on a goalkeeper return in powerplay and bombed in the lead goal.

Patrik Zackrisson was able to equalize ten minutes later in the same form of play.

Rendulic decided

The match seemed to bring a draw to the second break, but then ÖHK again offered what you are perhaps best at in the entire SHL: A quick change.

Robin Kovacs drove up the puck, walked around the Leksand goal, let in to Born Rendulic who also scored for the second night in a row.

Big game by Enroth

In the third period, Leksand pressed on, won the shots 12-3, but did not manage to outsmart a big-playing Jhonas Enroth.

Heavy for Leksand who now have to go to Örebro and win if their playoff adventure is not to end already on Thursday.

- It was hard there towards the end.

I told myself today that it would be up to me today after the outdoor players really did the job yesterday.

So I have been ready all day, Enroth says to C More afterwards.

Jon Knuts in Leksand was all the more disappointed:

- We are too inefficient.

A goal at home with the chances we create, then you do not win any matches.

It was a step in the right direction today as more people participated and contributed.

We are not at personal best, but it was better, even if even more is needed.
