AIK Hockey cleans in its troops.

On Friday afternoon, it was announced that no less than 20 players will leave the club.

"When the season comes to an end, it is not uncommon for players and clubs to go their separate ways, as is the case this year for a total of 20 players in AIK's men's and women's teams who will not represent the club next season," the club wrote on its website.

Flops leave

The strongest scorer of the players leaving the men's team was Anton Karlsson with his 24 points (14 + 10) in 45 regular season matches.

With that, he was sixth in the internal points league.

Also included are flop recruits such as Vojtech Polak and Lucas Feuk.

Six players leave the ladies, where sometimes Iveta Koka who accounted for 13 points (4 + 9) during the season for an AIK that finished in eighth place in the SDHL.
