Both Michelle Coleman and Louise Hansson were responsible for great efforts on the first day of the Swim open at Eriksdalsbadet in Stockholm.

Coleman came third and took the personal best in the 50 meter butterfly with a time of 26.05.

Her previous record from October 2019 was 26.14.

An improvement of nine hundredths.

- It's really fun.

It was a very bad finish but a good race so it was nice.

My body felt good until I went to the finish line, says Michelle Coleman to SVT Sport.

- I'm a little tired and worn out.

It was important to get a good start and start in person, then I still know the level, so it will be a fun week, she says.

Hansson touched

The Dane Emilie Beckmann won, 22 hundredths ahead of Louise Hansson, who also had a strong time.

Hansson broke his personal record, 25.84, from Canada two years ago.

Swim open lasts for four days.
