According to the Chinese Basketball Association, Beijing Enterprises’ foreign aid Joseph Yang has not implemented the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as “BAT”) made on June 15, 2020. The Chinese Basketball Association wrote: “After verification, Mr. Joseph Michael Young’s failure to implement the BAT ruling is true, and there is no legal procedure and/or decision that affects the validity of the BAT ruling or revokes the BAT ruling.”
Based on the above circumstances, the Chinese Basketball Association imposed a penalty on Joseph Yang. The deadline was until the date when Joseph Yang executed the BAT ruling, and he applied to the Chinese Basketball Association to announce the cancellation.
Joseph Young was born in 1992 and was selected by the Indiana Pacers with the 43rd overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.
In 2018, Joseph Yang joined the Jiangsu Tongxi team. In October last year, Joseph Yang moved to Beijing Enterprises.
