By beating Dijon 2-0 on Sunday night, OM moved up to sixth place in the standings just one point behind Lens, which drew against Lyon on Saturday. 

Olympique de Marseille beat Dijon 2 to 0, Sunday evening, in the last match of the 31st day of Ligue 1, and go back to 6th place in the standings, one point behind Lens which had drawn (1-1 ) against Lyon on Saturday.

Both OM goals were headed by the two central defenders: Leonardo Balerdi, just before the break following a corner from Dimitri Payet, then Alvaro Gonzalez following a free kick from the left again by Payet.
