Experts described the football arbitration house as a "cracked one", because of what it witnessed in the last period of great regression, stressing that it needs four necessary and important steps to reform it, represented by the presence of a more qualified chairperson and members of the referees committee, and a review of the executive management of arbitration In addition to the stadium judges fulfilling their duty towards arbitration by reviewing their accounts while leading the various matches, and to be in full readiness during the assignment of any match for them, and for there to be more cooperation between them as stadium judges.

The last period witnessed severe criticism of the arbitration at a time when the Chairman of the Referees Committee, Ali Hamad, surprised the sports street by submitting his resignation from the chairmanship of the committee, referring to the resignation of what he described in his special circumstances, so that the Board of Directors of the Football Association assigns the presidency of the committee to the member of the board of directors, the deputy chairman of the committee, Salem Al Shamsi.

For his part, a member of the former FIFA referees committee, former international referee Salah Amin, told "Emirates Today": “The Referees Committee needs to be reconsidered, as it needs competent personalities, and that the heart of these personalities is really on Emirati arbitration. In order to develop it and elevate it, to reach the desired goal and preserve the reputation and prestigious position that it has achieved, not just occupying chairs or positions only.

He explained: “All the blame should not fall on the referees committee. Rather, the stadium judges also have a role that they are supposed to play, which is to fulfill their duty to the fullest, and not only think about personal success, but rather have their heart on Emirati arbitration in general, from Through the spirit of the group and the one team ».

Salah confirmed that the Football Association did not fail to support the referee, but always met all the needs of the referees and referees, noting that the referees committee also provided some kind of needs for the referees.

He continued: "The two parties, the referees committee and the stadium judges, are supposed to do their duty in the best way, and the stadium judges must open their hearts to the committee, and speak frankly about their needs in the event that they see that there are problems, or that the committee falls short in the right of arbitration."

Salah Amin stressed that it is assumed that there will be a meeting between the stadium judges and the committee, and that all matters related to arbitration will be spoken loudly and clearly, especially on the part of the referees, indicating that he is sure that the committee will open its chest to listen to the opinions and observations of the referees.

For his part, a member of the former referees committee, former international referee in football, Muhammad Al-Junaibi, suggested holding a general assembly for the Football Association during which the recommendation would be to correct the current situation of the arbitration body, and that the head of the referees committee should be from outside the members of the Federation's Board of Directors, and not from within it, so that He has the technical and administrative ability to lead the referees committee, and he prefers to be a former referee and has the ability to find solutions to any problems facing the arbitration body, and he also has the ability to face the arbitration cases that may occur, as well as the ability to confront the media and the sports street.

Al-Junaibi said: "The 22nd round of the Arab Gulf League before the competition was stopped, finally, was ideal from an arbitration standpoint, describing it as the most wonderful round of arbitration, as it was devoid of any objections to arbitration."

Muhammad Al-Junaibi stressed the importance of ending the current season on a good basis in terms of arbitration, after the arbitration this season witnessed a very strong shake, stressing that the judges of the stadiums need to take out the remaining rounds in the season, specifically the league, well, indicating that this requires restoring confidence to the referees themselves.

Al-Junaibi explained that the stadium judges have the ability to present a distinguished level of arbitration, but they need more confidence in themselves and moral support.

In turn, the former head of the Football Association's Status and Transfer Committee, Dr. Salim Al Shamsi, confirmed that arbitration has two teams, one of them a supporter and the other opposing, and this is not in the interest of arbitration, stressing the importance of benefiting from former stadium judges, as they are considered experts in their field, such as Muhammad. Omar, Muslim Ahmed, Muhammad Al-Junaibi, and others, proposing to form a panel of judges from arbitration analysts in the studios of sports channels, in order to benefit from their expertise and to include the arbitration.
