A man who was a full-time coach of the Japan Wrestling Federation sued for compensation of more than 1.3 million yen for paying a part of the remuneration received from JOC = Japanese Olympic Committee etc. to his predecessor coach without a justifiable reason. I found out that I caused.

The predecessor coach told NHK that it was a "legitimate request."

The proceeding was filed by a man who served as a full-time coach of the Japan Wrestling Federation for four years from 2013.

According to the complaint, this man received a remuneration of about 270,000 yen per month from the JOC etc., but in 2013 he received a remuneration such as "It is the money that I should receive" from my predecessor coach. He was asked to hand over and claimed to have handed over 1.3 million yen in total.

In addition, the man asked for a return because it was an unreasonable request, but at that time, the predecessor coach refused because "there was a good reason", so he asked for the return of the reward he gave to the Mito region by the 28th. I filed a lawsuit with the Ryugasaki branch of the court.

The predecessor coach was the director of the wrestling club at a high school in Chiba prefecture, and told NHK that "I received about 800,000 yen and used it as an activity fee for the strengthening committee of the high school at that time. I have never used it privately because I was instructed by an executive of the Wrestling Association. It is a legitimate request. "

The Japan Wrestling Federation is also aware of this issue, and the Ethics Committee will start an investigation by interviewing relevant parties.
