Representatives of the Gulf horses also feature on the list with each of "Great Scott", owned by Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz, under the supervision of coach Abdullah Al-Musharraf, who seeks to give Saudi Arabia its second title, after the horse "Urget" won the title of the 2017 edition, while Bahrain requests, through its representative. "Salute the Soldier", owned by "Victoris Racing", under the supervision of coach Fawzi Al-Nas, won its first title in the Cup, especially as the horse performed strongly on Maidan by winning the second and third round titles in the "Al Maktoum Challenge" championship.

The 2021 version records the appearance of the horse "Agusti Fiscal", which seeks to endow Uruguay with a first title in the history of the Cup, especially since the horse arrived early in Dubai, and had previously played two entries on the Meydan track.
