Ten days after he announced his resignation for the time after the European Football Championship, Joachim Löw has appointed the squad for the international start of the national team in 2021.

There are three international matches, they are the last opportunity for Löw to test personnel before the EM squad nomination in May.

In qualifying for the World Cup, they face Iceland on March 25 and North Macedonia on March 31.

There is also a test match in Romania on March 28.

Löw nominated 22 field players and four goalkeepers for the first games after the 0: 6 against Spain in November.

Two newcomers are there: 17-year-old Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen and 18-year-old Jamal Musiala from FC Bayern.

Younes is about to make a comeback

Amin Younes from Eintracht Frankfurt, whom Löw will bring back after three and a half years, is about to make his comeback in the German national team.

After approval from the Duisburg health department, the national coach can rely on his professionals, Ilkay Gündogan, Timo Werner, Kai Havertz, Antonio Rüdiger and substitute goalkeeper Bernd Leno, who are active in England.

The injured Dortmund's Marco Reus, Draxler and Timo Kehrer from Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern's quarter-final opponents in the Champions League, are not there.

The Dortmund Brandt is also missing.

Löw will gather his squad in Düsseldorf next Monday.

He decided not to bring the sorted out Thomas Müller, Mats Hummels or Jerome Boateng back for these international matches.
