Modric named UEFA Champions League Footballer of the Week

In the return match of the 1/8 finals of the tournament against Atalanta, Modric gave an assist.

This helped his team win 2-0 and reach the Champions League quarterfinals.

Also nominated for the award were Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City), N'Golo Kante (Chelsea) and Josua Kimmich (Bayern Munich). 

Earlier it was reported that Bayern will play with PSG in the Champions League quarterfinals, while Real will meet with Liverpool.
