Today, the Alpine World Cup final in Lenzerheide, Switzerland, would have started.

But the downhill races were canceled due to the weather and thus the cup is decided.

On the men's side, the home skier Beat Feuz had the chance to show himself at home, but that did not happen and the Swiss had to content himself with still celebrating the victory in the downhill cup.

- It's really incredible.

Four years ago, I never thought I could win a ball, now I have four in a row, the 34-year-old tells SVT.

Only one person has previously taken four straight cup victories, the downhill giant Franz Klammer from Austria in the 70s and 80s.

- Then you realize how difficult it is to win four years in a row, says Feuz.

Cross-country skiing in Sweden awaits

Beat Feuz has connections to Sweden and now hopes to be able to do some cross-country skiing here.

We talked to your Swedish friend Hans Olsson.

He said you wanted to go to Sweden to go cross-country skiing?

- Yes, Hans is a good colleague and we always have fun together, says Beat Feuz and laughs.

- I look forward, if the corona situation calms down, to go to Sweden with the family.

Then it can be a question of practicing cross-country skiing.

Maybe with Hans, it would be fun, and with his girl Maria Pietilä Holmner.

It would be cool to meet him again, says the downhill winner to SVT Sport.
