A new version of the "Emirates Warriors" championship begins on January 19



The organizing committee of the "Emirates Warriors" championship for mixed martial arts announced the organization of two editions of the global event next Friday and Saturday (19 and 20 current) at the "Jujitsu Arena" in Abu Dhabi.

The 17th Arabic version will witness the staging of 14 fights, with the participation of 28 fighters from 12 Arab countries, including 4 Emirati fighters, while the 18th edition of the tournament will be held on Saturday with the participation of 26 fighters from 19 Arab, Asian and European countries, and from North and South America.

The Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Executive Director of Palms Sports Company organizing the tournament, Fouad Darwish, confirmed in a press conference that all preparations and equipment for the two copies had been completed, after the fighters' arrival in Abu Dhabi in accordance with the precautionary measures approved by the competent authorities.

This came during the press conference held today at the headquarters of Palms Sports Company, with the participation of the Emirati champions Yusef Al Hosani and Muhammad Al Kathiri, and the participation of the rest of the fighters via Zoom technology.

It was announced at the conference that the main match in the Arabic version would witness a confrontation between Rani Saada from Palestine (11 wins and 3 defeats) against Abdel-Ali Hariri from Morocco (12 wins - 2 defeats).

While Emirati fighters get the lion's share in the total fights, where Muhammad Yahya, Abdullah Muhammad Ali, Yusef al-Hosani and promising Muhammad al-Kathiri participate in his first participation.

He also announced the main event in the 18th edition, which brings together the current UAE warrior champion in the weight of the Moroccan cock Xavier Alawi from Morocco with the Brazilian Vinicius de Oliveira, as well as the return of the women's match.
