Therese Johaug was forced to cancel the World Cup final due to injury.

It opened up for another winner at the mass start over 10 kilometers classic in Switzerland.

Ebba Andersson started the race offensively and quite early on the Swede and some other skiers, Julia Stupak, Heidi Weng, Tiril Udnes Weng and Jessie Diggins, got a gap.

Stupak, Andersson and Heidi Weng were the three strongest riders, but no one was as strong as the Russian Stupak who took the third World Cup win of his career.

Andersson could not keep up and finished third.

It was her 24th podium place in the World Cup.

Emma Ribom became the second best Swede in eighth place.
