“Yes, I was a little bored, because he is the main rival whom I want to beat in every race, but this does not always work out, because in sprint showdowns he is still better,” Bolshunov added.
The 24-year-old Russian this season won the overall standings of the World Cup, and at the World Championships he won gold in the skiathlon, bronze in the team sprint and marathon and silver in the relay.
