Biathlon: Frenchman Simon Desthieux wins the Nove Mesto sprint -

This is his first individual victory in the Biathlon World Cup.

This Saturday, Frenchman Simon Desthieux won the sprint at Nove Mesto in the Czech Republic.

Simon Desthieux, 29, proved intractable in shooting, scoring a perfect 10 out of 10, to beat Swedish biathlete Sebastian Samuelson by 2 sec 4/10 and German Arnd Peiffer by 4 sec 4/10, third.
