Petter Solberg was relatively calm during Friday's first leg, his son Oliver's first in the WRC context.

But on the evening stretch, it became something completely different.

Petter could no longer watch the live broadcast on his mobile phone when the times began to appear, but walked out of the tent at the service site in Rovaniemi.

Tears of joy

When Oliver approached the distance goal, however, he came back in and followed the resolution where he thus got to see Oliver note the fourth best time on the distance.

Shortly afterwards, tears of joy came.

- This is our life.

Now he becomes top four and hits big names like Neuville and Evans.

It's unbelievable, I did not think it was possible.

Sure, there is a long way to go, but it is fantastic to see a fourth time, says Petter Solberg.

In the clip above, he tells more about the feelings after Oliver Solberg's sensational effort.
