North District starting lineup: Han Dejun (221609 votes), Zhang Zhenlin (219602 votes), Zhou Qi (148270 votes), Zhao Jiwei (193100 votes), Guo Ailun (231553 votes), Guo Ailun was elected as the North District vote king.
