Last year, Jonna Sundling had a strong season and came second in the overall sprint cup behind the winner, Linn Svahn, where everything was decided in the last race of the season.

"Been so close"

When the World Championships in Oberstdorf begins on Thursday, the championship starts with the 26-year-old's perhaps clearest medal chance when it's time for the sprint.

But it is a competition in classic style and Sundling's so far three sprint victories in the World Cup have come in freestyle.

- I have been so close several times.

It feels like there is something missing and it is a podium at the top of classic style as well, so it is something I strive for, says Sundling.

In SVT's series "Snöar in", length expert Mathias Fredriksson has met Sundling who talks about the details that will be crucial for her in Germany.
