Ebba Andersson has accumulated podium places in the World Cup in recent seasons.

It feels like this championship is something we have all been looking forward to for a very long time, says Andersson.

"I go in with a little revenge"

In the World Cup two years ago, Andersson had problems with illness when she entered the championship.

But this year the situation looks significantly different despite the fact that the championship for her starts on Saturday when it says skiathlon on the World Cup program.

- I enter with a little revenge in these championships.

Last time it did not go as I had imagined.

So I have a lot of revenge and look forward to starting the competition soon, she says.

But what does Ebba Andersson think about the Swedish team's chances ahead of today's competition?

- I think they are very good.

Earlier in the season, the sprint team performed at a high level.

I hope and believe that today should not be an exception.

I will sit on the bench when it's time for the competitions.
