- The RPL season resumes.

The start of the second part is scheduled for February 26.

In general, the preparation of the team has been completed.

According to our information, it went well.

In particular, a lot of high-quality test matches took place.

As for the coronavirus, the operational headquarters worked on a daily basis, received the necessary information.

Almost all stadiums have now been checked.

Some of them have turf problems, but there is little time left to fix them.

- Is there any confidence that Tambov will finish the season until the end?

- I will immediately remove all questions.

The existing roadmap is being implemented, the payment of money from the RPL will take place in the near future.

We are in touch with the management of the club.

As soon as they are ready to accept funds, they will receive them.

They managed to negotiate with the former footballers to withdraw their applications from the RFU Dispute Resolution Chamber.

These funds will be used to pay off debts to the players.

The money has been allocated for this.

Now "Tambov" must come to an agreement with counterparties to resolve the issue of tax arrears.

So far, there is no doubt that the club will play out the season to the end.

They are ready to play the Rotor.

- Who should be held accountable in situations like the one that happened to Tambov?

- The leaders of the clubs are primarily responsible.

And questions should be asked to the management of Tambov.

I repeat: the allocated funds will be used exclusively to pay off wage arrears to the players.

The club made colossal efforts, found two partners.

We are in working contact.

The money is ready, we are waiting for a team from the club, where to transfer it.

- Many RPL clubs have leased the players to Tambov.

Did the league manage this process somehow?

- We did not participate in this, did not choose the players.

The decision must be made by the coach.

There was an agreement between some clubs for help.

People are interested in football players getting playing practice.

The sports director of "Tambov" negotiated with other clubs for the availability of people.

Whoever had the opportunity did it.

- What conclusions did RPL draw from the story with Tambov?

- Very serious.

The league should be more involved in developing financial criteria for licensing.

An appropriate group will work, which will put forward a number of proposals for reform.

- How will the licensing process go?

Don't you think that the composition of the corresponding RFU commission needs to be changed?

- Of course, we want to participate in this process.

At the board level, they considered the issue of pre-licensing preparation so that the league would first consider the documents.

It's not about taking this away from the RFU.

We have no such rights.

But we want to participate in this process.

One of the criteria is financial.

It is necessary to decide on the amount that the club needs to participate in the RPL.

On the basis of these conclusions, we will go to the RFU with a proposal not to allow clubs if there are no financial guarantees.

And it's not about a guarantee from the head of the sports committee.

Such documents have no legal basis.

This should be a bank guarantee so that clubs will not be removed later.

RFU treats our desire with understanding.

Club leaders are in close contact with each other, and it is easier for them to express everything to each other's faces.

- You said that the amount needed to participate in the RPL will be calculated.

What kind of money are we talking about?

- There is no final figure yet.

Opinions differ, and we have not yet come to a common conclusion.

It all depends on the goals and objectives.

There is a huge difference between budgetary collectives and private or owned large state corporations.

We also collect information from FNL clubs.

I think we will prepare a corresponding proposal in March.

- You spoke earlier about the need to toughen the licensing procedure.

Why hasn't progress been made in this area?

- We sent questions to the RFU and the leaders of the union.

They may have considered that this topic is not the prerogative of the league.

We do not have such a right yet.

But gradually we come to a consensus.

We have already been given infrastructure and personnel issues.

We play an increasingly active role, including in licensing.

But I do not blame the current leadership of the RFU.

I see a desire to solve issues together.

- Is it possible in the near future to increase attendance at RPL matches?

- I can say that we will gradually do it.

While we are talking about 50% while maintaining the distance.

But we will ask the RFU executive committee to reduce it, to amend the regulations so that people sit across the chair, by analogy with hockey.

I know the position of my colleagues from the RFU: they support us.

In Ufa, the attendance has already increased to 70%. Otherwise, in most regions, it remains at the level of 50%.

According to our data, this number will gradually increase.

- By the way, Alexander Alaev today became the president of the FNL.

How will you work with this league?

- We have already discussed a lot with him, often talked about his election program.

Congratulations to Alaev.

We thought how we can, among other things, increase the importance of the FNL, establish closer cooperation with the RPL in terms of licensing.

We already have a number of joint projects.

- Tell us about your decision to reward judges for good work.

What amounts are we talking about?

- This is confidential information.

Ashot Khachaturyants contacted us with a request to the clubs to consider the possibility of introducing this measure.

Everyone supported, but asked to create a working group to work out all the mechanisms in more detail.

The Refereeing Committee believes that this process should take place regardless of the club.

- When will the final version of the calendar for the rest of the season appear?

- We are looking forward to the performance of Krasnodar in the Europa League and the RFU Executive Committee.

There will be raised the question of postponing the March games of the Russian Cup to early April.

We will decide on the timing.

For now, it remains to wish Krasnodar good luck.

- Will the RPL format change in the coming years?

- We discussed this many times.

The general meeting of the league was also held together with the RFU.

There are many formats, but I can say one thing: the league will discuss everything, another meeting is scheduled.

Let's decide what can be done to increase the entertainment.

Negotiations are underway on the reform of the Champions League.

Up to 36 teams will play there, and the number of playing days will increase to ten.

It will be very difficult to find windows in the calendar.

We are anxiously looking at how we will compose it.
