According to the news on the website of the State General Administration of Sport on February 22, the State General Administration of Sport and the National Development and Reform Commission recently jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Opening-up and Operation Management of Social Football Fields."
The "Guiding Opinions" proposes that by 2025, social football venues will be fully open, and a long-term operation and management mechanism of social football venues with complete systems, clear rights and responsibilities, diverse subjects, and efficient use of social football venues has initially formed.
