The Swede was superior in the competition and had the best times in both the quarterfinals and semifinals before she switched up another level in the finals and won by a full five seconds.
Marianne Fatton, Switzerland, came second and Emily Harrop, France, third.
"We have seen in the training and during the competitions that Tove has the highest capacity if she gets to all the elements, now she puts everything and completely crushes the sprint competition.
