The management of Olympique de Marseille sent a formal notice to groups of supporters on Monday about the termination of the agreement between the two parties.

For club fans, the tear is now too deep to be absorbed.

They are more than ever asking for the departure of the current management.

REPORT

In Marseille, the crisis continues unabated.

The management of OM decided on Monday to cut ties with the groups of supporters who have been co-managing the ticket office for ages in the corners of the Stade Vélodrome.

The formal notice sent Monday by the management of Olympique de Marseille is a real tear, especially as it is an agreement between supporters and club management that the latter threatens to break.

In this agreement, it is a question of the management of subscriptions, but also of the animation of the stands on match nights.

"Declaration of war"

Is it possible to go even further in hating?

This formal notice is experienced as a real

casus belli

by the supporters.

"It's a declaration of war," says Mika.

"It can only go to clash and it will not be accepted. The heritage of the Olympique de Marseille club is its groups of supporters. It's pathetic, we are the laughing stock of football in France."

"

The Marseillais is very nice, but the Marseillais has his limits

"

Everything was notified to the various associations coldly, by a simple email.

"It's the disappointment that seizes me today", loose Gaby.

"It's as if we were leaving our girlfriend by SMS. For me, it's very cowardly and it's a lack of respect. The Marseillais is very nice, but the Marseillais has his limits. We know that playing with the OM is playing with the life of a Marseillais. "

Social media boycott

These faithful of the Velodrome are convinced that the Olympian staff is trying to dissolve groups of supporters in a disguised manner.

These groups have decided to respond with an open letter, in which they call for a boycott of products derived from OM as well as the club's various social networks.

In the midst of all this, the Olympians are playing a late match at the Stade Vélodrome against Nice on Wednesday evening, where we will as much monitor what is happening on the pitch as outside, with a crisis as sporting as it is institutional.
