And success and achieving the desired results. "

The arbitration panel based its judgments in accordance with the statement issued today on the executive regulations of sports federations approved by the General Authority for Sport for the year 2014, specifically in Article 13 / B / 1, regarding the transfer of a member from a supporter to a worker after the lapse of two years after his affiliation to the General Assembly, Article 15, as well as Article 38 sets two conditions for transferring the status of a member from a supporter to a worker, namely the expiration of two years for the member in the General Assembly as a support member, and the member’s fulfillment of the requirements for active membership, such as achieving a minimum number of posts, paying financial obligations, and not being convicted of a breach or excess.

The arbitration panel also clarified that, based on Article 63 of the procedural rules of the Emirates Center for Sports Arbitration, it has noticed that the parties to the dispute have not agreed on the law applicable to the dispute, especially as it considers the dispute in a primitive degree and there is no arbitration stipulation or stipulation between the parties, and by reference to the sequence of laws.
