The captain and scorer of the Syrian national team is expelled from a match under the pretext of "Corona"

Ziad Shaabo, the captain of the Syrian national team and his previous goal, confirmed that the expulsion decision that was brought against him and the help of security men and maintaining order to remove him from the stadium and prevent him from following the match of his son Maher during his team’s meeting in front of Jableh, under the pretext of implementing the decisions of the "government team in Syria" to limit the spread of the "Corona" virus. Shaabo said on his personal page on the social networking site "Facebook" that he usually goes to the matches of his son, "Maher Shaabo," who plays for his former club, Tishreen, before the last match was recorded in front of Jableh. From the stadium in an inappropriate way.


Shaabo said: "Despite introducing myself to the observer, who knew me directly for being a former international player and goal-scorer for the national team, the observer insisted on his opinion and forced me to leave the stadium, under the pretext of (the government team's decision) to prevent public attendance due to preventive measures for the Corona virus."


He added: "I respect the decisions of the government team to prevent the public from entering the stadiums, but they do not apply to everyone. I am used to accompanying my son to attend his matches from behind the fences, and every time I attended there was an audience sitting in the stands."
