Earlier this week, information came that Frida Karlsson "showed signs of overtraining".

The information was later rejected by the national team management and her personal coach Per Nilsson, who claimed that "possibly a little muscular load".

However, she was over this weekend's sprint competitions in Ulricehamn, and now it also looks like she will not start at the Swedish Championships in Borås.

Her name is not on the list of registered skiers for the competitions, and the registration period has expired.

- I have not had time to talk to her this weekend, so I do not know how it is right now.

But we have said "day to day" to see how she recovers from what was in Falun.

It is possible that there will be no Swedish Championships for her if it is considered that she needs more recovery.

I think you wait until the last minute, says national team manager Anders Byström to SVT Sport, and continues:

- It is possible to register later, but I think there will be no Swedish Championships.

SVT Sport has sought Frida Karlsson's coach and manager.
