Neither Sandra Näslund nor Alexandra Edebo are back on the slopes after their injuries this winter.
Näslund is back on skis after his knee injury and the rehabilitation is going in the right direction.
"Time will tell whether it will start in the World Cup or not," the association writes in a press release.
The duo are the only Swedes on the women's side who have been selected for the championship in Idre.
On the men's side, Viktor Andersson and David Mobärg, who both won the World Cup competition this year, are given.
The Skicross WC will be decided on 11-13 February and will be broadcast on SVT.
