Due to WADA sanctions, Russian athletes are prohibited from wearing uniforms bearing national symbols - the flag and coat of arms - at the World Championships and Olympic Games.
The overalls for the 2021 World Cup will have a monochrome logo of the Russian Biathlon Union.
It will also be placed on the flag under which the Russian team will perform at the tournament.
At the same time, only the English-language abbreviation of the organization is allowed - RBU (Russian Biathlon Union).
The Biathlon World Championship will be held in Slovenian Pokljuka from 10 to 21 February.
Earlier it was reported that Khovantsev spoke about the call of Khalili and Garanichev to the national team for the Biathlon World Cup.
