Icardi's house was stolen while playing the Paris Saint-Germain match

Argentine, Mauro Icardi, the French Paris Saint-Germain striker, fell victim to the theft of contents from his home in Neuilly-sur-Seine in the capital, Paris, with a value of 400,000 euros, during his team's match against Lorient in the local league, according to sources close to him.

The source said, confirming information published by the French sports newspaper L'Equipe that "alerted those around (the player) to scattered and missing things."

He added that "jewelry, watches, and luxurious clothes were stolen. These items are valued at around 400,000 euros," without disclosing details about the theft.

The Nanterre Court opened an investigation, and assigned the case to the anti-gang squad of the Judicial Police in Paris.

Icardi joined the ranks of Paris Saint-Germain from Inter Milan on loan in September 2019, before his transfer became official at a later time.

Icadre was a mainstay in the Saint-Germain squad, which fell to Lorient 2-3 in the French League on Sunday, in the first official loss for his new Argentine coach, Mauricio Pochettino.
