Son Heung-min played in five games after scoring his 16th goal in the league cup semi-final against Brentford on the 6th of last month, but has been unable to add goals.
Son Heung-min is scoring 12 goals and 6 assists in the Premier League this season, 16 goals and 10 assists in the season, including the Europa League, FA Cup, and League Cup.
Tottenham scored the opening goal to Brighton's Trosar in the 17th minute and lost 1-0.
After being caught by the 17th place team in the relegation zone, the league lost their second straight, making it more difficult to pursue the lead.
Tottenham maintained 6th place in the league, but the difference between 10th place Arsenal and Arsenal is only 2 points, so they are in danger of falling into the middle of the league.
