The Norwegian ski stars are currently charging for this weekend's World Cup competitions in Falun.
At the same time, the Norwegian Ski Association announces that it will not participate in the competitions in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic on February 20-21.
- The health of our skiers and our staff is our most important priority.
The risk that this means that traveling there weighs heaviest in this decision, says national team manager Espen Bjervig in a press release.
In December, Norway chose to host the two World Cup competitions before the New Year and the Tour de Ski, also due to the corona virus.
This weekend's competitions in Falun begin on Friday with 15 km classic for the men and 10 km classic for the ladies.
