“UEFA intends to host the European Championship in all 12 cities.

The Euro is the flagship tournament for national teams in Europe and a vital source of funding for the massive and wider development of football, ”said UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin.

In a statement, UEFA notes that the decision on the admission of fans to the matches of the tournament will be made in early April.

Euro 2020 matches are to be held in London, Baku, Munich, Rome, Amsterdam, Bilbao, Bucharest, Budapest, Copenhagen, Dublin, Glasgow and St. Petersburg.

Due to the pandemic, the tournament was postponed until the summer of 2021, but retained its name.

Earlier it was reported that fans will be able to transfer tickets for the Euro 2020 matches to other people in case of illness.
