Caleb Richard's 21-year-old Norwich footballer has recently written an e-book: The Transision, which describes how an athlete can switch to a meat-free diet.

Richards wanted to try to change his eating habits because some of his teammates are already testing a vegetarian diet and after watching the documentary "The Game Changers" on Netflix.

"After the change, I found many benefits both in my normal life, but especially in my athletic performance."
