The Norwegian national team skier Didrik Tönseth would have run 15 kilometers freestyle in the Norwegian championships on Tuesday - but that will not be the case.

Tönseth has chosen to drop out of the Norwegian championships because he feels that something is wrong with his body.

The Norwegian can not put his finger on what is not right in the body.

- He's not going to ski.

There are also no skis on his schedule in the future, but we will make a restart to find out what happens.

And what's wrong with him, says Norwegian national team coach Eirik Myhr Nossum to NRK.

This means that Tönseth will not compete in the World Cup in Nove Mestro in February and there will be no World Cup for the Norwegian.

Nossum is worried that Tönseth will not find what feels wrong in the body.

- It is not that he rides a little slow but it is a wall he enters, he says and continues:

- I am also worried that a skier who does not find what is wrong can eventually give up.

He is one of those with the highest capacity in the Norwegian team.
