Nashville struck with four goals in the third period, while goalkeeper Juuse Saros played great in the goal and saved 42 pucks, when the team faced Columbus for the second time on Sunday night.

In the premiere match the other day, it was a 3-1 victory, after goals from both Filip Forsberg and Calle Järnkrok - and the Swedes did not want to be worse in the return match.

It was 1-1 for a long time, before Forsberg stepped forward a couple of minutes into the third period and in his own majesty ran across half the ice and set the important 2-1 goal with a wrist shot.

Columbus responded with a 2-2 goal a few minutes later, but then only Nashville was the scorer.

The team scored three goals in just over four minutes during the second half of the third period.

Two Swedish assists

It started with Mattias Ekholm firing a hard shot towards goal, which Brad Richardson picked up the rebound on and fixed the perhaps decisive 3-2 goal.

Luke Kunin made it 4-2, before Viktor Arvidsson passed Colton Sisson's across the ice in a quick attack - and it was suddenly 5-2.

- I do not really know what happened, says Brad Richardson after the match, according to nhl.com.

He continues:

- We took turns having goal chances in the third period.

It was a better period.

I do not think we played the best tonight.

Juuse kept us in the match, but you have to find a way to win and we did
